Great Customer Service

I did not realize this was a subscription service. When I contacted them they canceld my account and refunded the charge in literally seconds. Pretty rare, thank you.

Unclear Pricing

There needs to be a clear difference between an initial $1 for one report, and the $30 subscription for multiple. I only wanted the one report for $1, not the $30 subscription, but was charged both.
