Check your activity stats on your device in the Google Health app . For more information, refer to How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Check your stats in real time while you use a workout video in the Google Health app. Stats include:
- Current heart rate and heart-rate zone
- Calories burned since you start the video
- Active Zone Minutes earned since you start the video
To check real-time stats:
- On your phone, open the Google Health app
and tap the Fitness tab
.
- Choose a workout and tap to start.
To hide real-time stats:
- During a workout, tap the video on your phone's screen
Collapse
on your stats.
- To check your stats again, tap Expand
.

Earn Active Zone Minutes or active minutes
with heart-pumping activity throughout the day, which includes a brisk walk, run, or interval workout.

To start, your primary goal is 10,000 steps per day. When you hit this goal, your device vibrates, and a celebration appears on the screen. Choose to increase or decrease your step goal, or to change your goal to Active Zone Minutes or calories burned. You can also set goals in other areas such as sleep and hydration.

You can log your health and fitness data, such as activity, weight, and nutrition, either by having a conversation with your Coach or by manually entering the information directly into the relevant areas of the app:
- From the Today tab
, tap Log
under your focus metrics.
- From the Fitness tab
, tap Log activity
to track your workout and movement.
- From the Health tab
, tap Log
under your focus areas such as:
- Sleep
- Metabolic
- Nutrition
- Cycle
- Fitness
- Temperature
- You can also tap Log
from every available individual metric tile such as:
- Activity
- Weight
- Body fat
- Sleep
- Cycle data, such as period and symptoms
