3. Check your refund status

You can return an item and use the refund to buy other items.

To find your refund status

1. Go to your Order history.
2. Find the order you want to track.
3. If there are many orders, select View order.
4. Find the order you want to see the refund for.

Tip: There are no exchanges available in Google Store.
