You can save your contact and sign-in info, like passwords and passkeys, to Chrome. If it doesn't work when you let Chrome save your info, try these fixes.

Fix issues with passwords
Chrome doesn’t offer to save your passwords
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- Enter your info on the website you want to save the password for.
- To the right of the address bar, select Password
Save.
If you don't find the Key icon, delete your password and try to sign in again.
Edit or delete your saved passwords
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, select Profile

.
- To edit or delete a saved password, select More
Remove or Edit password.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click Profile
Passwords
.
- On the left, click Settings.
- Turn Offer to save passwords off.
Click on the text field for your password. A list of suggestions based on your saved info appears.
If you still don’t find suggestions, Chrome might not be able to detect the right fields on the website.
You can look up your saved info by following these steps:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click Profile
Passwords

- To the right of the website, click Preview
.
You can't find an imported password
Sometimes, app and site names don't migrate to the correct entry. If you can't find an imported password in Google Password Manager, search for the app or site name in the search box.
- Open Chrome.
- Go to passwords.google.com.
- Tap Search
Enter the app or site name to find your password.
