로컬 이미지에서 얼굴 인식
Vision API를 사용하여 로컬 이미지 파일에서 특성 인식을 수행할 수 있습니다.
REST 요청의 경우 이미지 파일의 콘텐츠를 요청 본문에 base64로 인코딩된 문자열로 보냅니다.
gcloud 및 클라이언트 라이브러리 요청의 경우 요청에 로컬 이미지 경로를 지정합니다.
