Bigtable のロケーション
Bigtable インスタンスを作成する際には、そのインスタンス内の各クラスタにロケーションを選択する必要があります。クラスタの作成後にロケーションを変更することはできません。
Bigtable は、 Google Cloud リージョン内のゾーンであるゾーン ロケーションで利用できます。ゾーンが利用不可能になれば、そのゾーン内のすべてのゾーンリソースはサービスが復旧するまで利用不可能になります。
レイテンシを短縮して可用性を高めるため、データを必要とするユーザーとサービスの近くにデータを保存してください。たとえば、us-central1（アイオワ）リージョンの Cloud Storage バケットから Bigtable に頻繁にデータを書き込む場合は、us-central1 内のゾーンに Bigtable クラスタを作成します。
