CapCut: Photo & Video Editor
Ratings & Reviews
CapCut is a very easy to use editing app, especially for beginners. I started using it back in 2021 and I still use it until this day. However, there’s a problem. Pro. Sure, at first when it was released it was totally fine because only a few effects were pro. But now simple effect such as mix and black fade are pay to use. Like, what?? They’re so basic. I haven’t really used the app in a while due to this. If the team is going to make everything pro, then you might as well make the whole app cost money because free CapCut is basically unusable.Overall, it’s not a bad app. It’s a great one, actually. But the fact that you have to pay for a simple little edit is… annoying.
It’s me so that you can post videos on TikTok easier but it’s really hard to sign up for and it’s just a lot of work to make those videos but it’s really easy to comment and there is some strange things that people post why you were scrolling on CapCut I hope this helps but my honest opinion is you would probably stop using it at one point and forget about it. It is free though so that doesn’t really matter if you forget a minute, but still it’s not the best editing game you can get also it’s really annoying that the logo comes after you post something because it’s just really annoying that people can know that you’ve used CapCut and that is not one of your own videos also nobody important like influencers uses it but this is awesome fun if you’re bored anyway I hope this out sorry about the long comment. And this game if it would be about is this game good or bad? This game is **** absolute **** **** sorry about the swearing guys anyway this is a really long review and I don’t know if I’m gonna post it but anyway tell me if you like it and it’s pretty honest and anyway the whole thing is this game isn’t the best because you’ll get very bored of it and it’s not an actual game it’s more to help editing if you’re going to post stuff
CapCut is by far the best editing app I have ever used. I absolutely love it’s simple layout which is very easy to understand but allows for powerful editing. Something that CapCut has that many other editing apps don’t, is that it leaves no watermark on the videos you make which is absolutely incredible and useful for content creators such as myself. I’ve been using CapCut for years and I absolutely love that it still gets updated regularly to this day with new features such as new fonts, animations, etc. I could write a whole essay as to why I love this app. I hugely recommend it to anyone who wants something to make amazing videos, fast and easy. One thing that I do want to point out is that when you want to duplicate an image/video, the toolbar scrolls back to the start which is a bit of a pain if you want to duplicate something a few times. Honestly this is just a small issue that would be cool if it got fixed but doesn’t change my opinion about the app. I love it and I can’t recommend it enough!
Very good app for editing, especially if you’re only a beginner at editing. But even if you have edited before, it is still a very good app. The app is made to relieve you of the confusion of complex editing and is instead made to be very simple and yet effective. The app offers a both free and paid version and of course this means that the paid version has more features, but the free version is still very good. The only issue I would have is the difference between the paid and free animations, the paid version having much better animations while the free version’s animations aren’t as good and very basic at that. However I am very happy with everything else. I recommend everybody to start with the free version and only buy the paid version if you plan on taking editing seriously.
I’ve been using CapCut since 2020, but I recently deleted it and stopped using it altogether due to the outrageous new terms of service and the company’s clear disregard for its community. CapCut consistently ignores user feedback and concerns, especially when it comes to their so-called “free editing app,” which now requires payment for even the most basic features. The app has become increasingly paywalled with the majority of useful tools locked behind a premium subscription. Even simple editing functions that should be standard are now only accessible through a paid plan. The balance between free and premium content is terrible, and at this point, creating decent edits without spending over €100 a year is nearly impossible. If you’re considering starting your editing journey with CapCut, I strongly recommend looking into alternative apps. CapCut, it’s time to start listening to your users. As it stands, this app has gone from accessible to unusable. A truly disappointing experience.
i miss the time when i downloaded CapCut and told myself “this is the best video editing app i’ve ever downloaded” but look at where we are now…pro this, pro that, pro whatever. i am sick of it.. if you’re THIS money hungry, maybe implement ads into your apps so then not only that we will have to watch an ad or 2 for the sake of using a pro feature (yes, that includes the watermark) but you’ll get money that way rather then putting out pop ups begging us to buy CapCut Pro. because most of us who uses the app are people who just wanted to make videos for fun (and it’s not like most of us are professional who makes a living from it) and we would be damned to see an app once called “free editing app” turns into this behemoth. OR maybe make CapCut and CapCut Pro a separate app, one is free, the other is paid. if your app failed because of “criticism” or “lacks of incomes” i wouldn’t be surprised.
